"I just wanted to let you know that I tried your pizza crusts last night, and they are hands down the best gluten-free crusts I have ever had! Thank you so much for putting out such an excellent, high quality product."

No product quite captures the anticipation of pure satisfaction than a fresh-baked artisan style baguette, but the versatility of our baguette allows it to be enjoyed in many ways.

You can enjoy as garlic bread or, try Aidan's Gluten Free™ baguette as crostini. Simply cut the baguette into ¼ inch slices and gently toast in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 10 minutes. The result is a soft yet crisp crostini with a flavour and texture that enhances the enjoyment of your favourite spreads and toppings.

Baguettes are best and most anticipated when they are served warm. Simply heat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and place the baguette in the middle over rack for 5 minutes. Serve warm with butter.

Our customers love our innovation, and one of the most frequent requests was to bring that innovation to a brown loaf. Pairing the sweetness of the blue corn with the nuttiness of lentils, we have achieved a taste that rivals the best of any whole grain bread, while packed with the high nutrient value lentils are known for. Soft texture with a balanced flavour, this product can be part of breakfast, lunch or dinner. Try these suggested servings:

Ooey gooey grilled cheese. Grate ¼ cup medium cheddar with ½cup mozzarella and mix in a bowl. Add 15 ml cream and blend with a fork until cream has been absorbed. Spread mixture between two slices of Aidan's Gluten Free™ Red Lentil and Blue Corn Brown Loaf, brush each side with olive oil and grill until browned on each side. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes. Slice and enjoy.

Add flavour to your salads or soups with fresh croutons. Simply cut into 1cm cubes and bake until crisp.

Toad in the Hole. Using a round cutter, cut a hole in the centre of 1 slice of Aidan's Gluten Free™ Red Lentil and Blue Corn Brown Loaf and brush each side with olive oil. Place in a buttered pan on medium heat and crack an egg into the whole. When firm, flip and fry until egg is desired texture.

For bread lovers, sourdough conjures up an image of Old World artistry. Our Golden Flax Sourdough Loaf is a source of omega-3* with the rich and hearty decadence of sourdough. Light and airy, with the sour bread lovers crave, our sourdough will remind you how luxurious bread can be.

Parents are busy, so convenience is paramount to their hectic lifestyles. In addition to being busy, gluten free consumers have the added task of finding food alternatives that are good tasting, but also good for them. Convenience and taste is now available in a healthy option with Aidan’s Gluten Free™ Loaf. With a texture and flavour that will make you forget you are gluten free, our bread will become a staple in your household. Forget boring and find adventure with these suggested servings and join a new world of gluten free eating:

Start with a slice of Aidan’s Gluten Free™ Loaf, spread with hot mustard, then layer with finely shaved roast beef and havarti and bake on a cookie sheet until cheese has melted and the sandwich is heated through, and voilà, open faced steak and cheese à la Aidan’s.

Add equal amounts of cheddar, provolone and Swiss cheeses between two slices of Aidan’s Gluten Free™ Loaf and brush with olive oil. Grill over medium heat and you have the ultimate grilled cheese sandwich.

Mash 2 hard boiled eggs with a tablespoon of mayonnaise, a teaspoon of chopped chives and a dash of cayenne pepper and spread between two slices of Aidan’s Gluten Free™ Loaf with some green leaf lettuce and you have a great egg salad sandwich.

Toast three slices of Aidan’s Gluten Free™ Loaf and assemble in the following order: Start with one of the toasted slices, add mayonnaise, sliced chicken and lettuce followed by another toasted slice with mayonnaise on each side, followed by bacon, tomato, more mayonnaise and the final toasted slice and there, you have a traditional club sandwich.

Our pita was designed with utility in mind. It makes a great flatbread for pizza, has an open pocket for sandwiches, and can even be substituted for a wrap.

As a pizza, simply load with your favourite toppings and bake for 15 - 20 minutes at 400°. For a crispy crust, bake directly on oven rack. For a softer crust, bake on a cookie sheet.

As a pocket, cut into two halves. We recommend warming the pita for 10 - 15 seconds in the microwave, this will enhance its pliability. Open the pocket and stuff with your favourite fillings. It is that simple.

As a wrap, cut along the edge of the pita half way around. Microwave the pita for 10 - 15 seconds to enhance its pliability. Open the pocket fully and fill to the hallway mark with your favourite fixings. Fold one flap into the pita and over the fillings, fold the other over the first flap and, voila a self-contained wrap to enjoy.

As parents, we strive to provide food that is both nutritious and tasty for our children, but it can be difficult to satisfy the latter with a gluten free lifestyle. For children, being able to enjoy and participate equally in family meals and parties is important. The joy and satisfaction shared between my son and I when he was finally able to enjoy a hamburger at a family barbeque was such an emotional moment for both of us that I know this product will become a mainstay for gluten free families. Light, soft and golden, Aidan's Gluten Free™ Buns are exactly what people look for in a bun, bringing a level of convenience and versatility unknown to gluten free products until now. Try these suggested servings and enjoy a greater quality gluten free eating experience and the emotional satisfaction that comes with it:

Busy parents know the value of convenience in the morning when they are trying to get the kids off to school and themselves off to work. Aidan's Gluten Free™ Buns are ready to go. Just slice and load with your favourite meats, cheese or other fillings for a great sandwich.

At a barbeque you'll need a good supply of these buns as even your non-gluten free guests will enjoy them. Pre-slice the buns and turn face down on the grill for a light browning before serving. Enhance your burgers with a little garlic butter before placing on the grill to brown. Be careful not to overcook as the garlic will burn.

As great as pasta is, it is even better with a nice dinner roll, especially to gather up all the wonderful sauce. Have one of our buns with your pasta and all you'll leave behind is the plate wiped clean.

Chili is a great comfort food for those colder nights. You can enjoy dipping your bread into the chili, letting the light and airy texture of Aidan's Gluten Free™ Buns draw all the wonderful flavours of the chili into it.

Aidan's Gluten Free™ Hot Dog Buns were developed to inspire your imagination, not to limit it by size.

Our hot dog bun is too big! That was one consumer comment, but we respectfully disagree. We designed our bun for more than small hot dogs. Ballpark franks with all the fillings, with enough bun to keep it all in. While soft and airy, it is strong enough to hold up to a hot dog, frank or sausage with the works.

Try some of these other great serving suggestions and enjoy an amazing quality gluten free eating experience:

Customers have used our hot dog bun as an individual sized baguette with butter or as garlic bread to enjoy with meals.

A favourite in our home is dry rubbed skirt steak sliced thin, then topped with artichoke hearts and havarti, then broiled until the cheese has melted.

Shrimp rolls can be perfect on a summer afternoon. Simply mix shrimp with tzatziki and some diced pickled jalapeno peppers and fresh cilantro. Line the hot dog bun with some lettuce and fill with shrimp filling. Finish it with a drizzle of lime juice.

For a twist on fish tacos, try tempura battered or breaded baked basa fish fillets with a pickled slaw of carrots, onion and cabbage. The slaw brings a lovely tart crispness to the delicate flavours of the basa fish and the bun holds it all in.

Aidan's Gluten Free™ Hot Dog Buns put delicious and fun back into food.

Light, airy and flavourful, our English Muffins are a great way to start your day.

The English Muffins have a great crispy texture when lightly toasted. Just add toppings such as almond butter and jam or just some salted butter for a perfect breakfast on the go.

Make a delicious breakfast sandwich with scrambled eggs, Havarti cheese and bacon, sausage or ham.

Or a classic breakfast and brunch dish - Eggs Benedict or Eggs Florentine with hollandaise sauce and home fries.

When we developed Aidan's Gluten Free™ bagels it was with taste and convenience in mind. A quick, nourishing breakfast that starts your day with the taste you remember, but bagels can be enjoyed in a multitude of ways throughout the day.

Back bacon and cheddar is a Canadian class, one that can be enjoyed whenever you want with Aidan's Gluten Free™ bagels. With its golden colour and soft, chewy texture, an Aidan's Gluten Free™ bagel is also an ideal companion with any luncheon meat.

Bagel crips are a light yet flavourful accompaniment to firm cheeses and antipasto. Simply cut the bagel horizontally into thin circles and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8-10 minutes or until crisp. Break into smaller pieces and serve.

Cheese Dreams. Every family has a version of these, some by different names, but a simple snack, easily prepared and just as easily enjoyed. Cut the bagel in ½ horizontally, top with cheddar and bacon slices and bake at 200°C (400°F) until cheese is bubbling. Cool, serve, and dive in.
